Shipping & Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds Items are eligible for a return or refund ONLY if they arrive damaged or are missing/lost in transit. All other sales are final.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items If your package is missing or your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@tryhappypet.co with the following:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
